Depends on what you are looking for on the buy an hold. There's some great options for small multi family or sfh in the area. As long as you stay along the I-85 corridor you're bound to find something. Salisbury, kannapolis, concord, charlotte, Gastonia.. good luck!

Look into BB&T. They're local and I know people they have worked with on a blanket loan. Good luck!
