Hey @Fazu M. welcome to BP! If you have not already done so read the Ultimate Beginners Guide to REI put out by BP. It looks like you have already found your niche, which is great! I encourage you to listen to all of the BP and #AskBP podcasts. There is certainly a whole lot of content that is covered related to rehabbing and flipping. Best of luck to you!

Hello BP'ers,

At the start of 2015, after getting married last December, my wife and I sat down and started planning our road map for the next 1, 5, 10 and even 20 years. We have set goals to pay down our debt, live life below our means and invest for our family's future.

I am glad to have stumbled across BP this past May! All the podcasts and learning materials put out on this site are golden! Call it an addiction if you will, but I can't help listening to the podcasts whenever time allows it. Josh and Brandon do an amazing job!

We currently reside in Sugar Land, Texas, which is just right outside of Houston. My wife and I plan on taking the approach described in the article, "A Slow, Boring, Incredibly Awesome Strategy for Building Wealth Through Passive Real Estate Investing" written by @Brandon Turner. We are seeking to find our first home, a multi-family property in Houston, and house hack as coined by BP.
