@Account Closed Thank you for taking the time to share your input. Great stuff. I didn’t think of comparing markets to the nation as a whole, but now that you mention it, it makes sense. One more questions, what is a good benchmark for population. I’m thinking 10,000. 

@Cody Evans Wow thank you for all the info. I am currently doing an FHA loan now for the home I am purchasing, but I was not aware of the FHA 203 loan. I will look at the article now. One question though, can you get another FHA loan after that 2 years are up?

I spoke to @Andrew Smith already and I been completely fascinated by what he’s working on. I am greatful to be surrounded by people who would take the time of their lives to help someone else.
