Has anyone had any luck with REO properties and how to find them? Wanted to know if its best to work with an attorney or an agent who deals directly with the bank. Any recommendations or agents or lawyers that specialize in this would be a big help in the new jersey area.

If you purchase a home for a rehab sell it and then use those funds to purchase another rehab and continue going. Do you have to pay capital gains taxes on that profit earned or is that considered 1031 exchange

Has anyone bought out of state turnkey properties through a turnkey company? Any experiences and suggestions would be very much appreciated. Would be interested in giving it a try if anyone can recommend a company they work with and have had good experience with. What kind of monthly net profit can you make considering you have to pay mortgage and management fees.

Can someone please recommend a good mortgage broker to work with. We need someone who we can work with long term and knows the ins and outs. We are investors in New Jersey and buy 2-4 unit homes.
