Hi All, 

Can someone please let me know about their experience with TRA tenants. Its for a two year term and they cover the security deposit and all the rent. The only thing im worried about is if they will trash the apartment. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello All, 

My partner and I are considering investing in multi unit homes in Newark and were wondering if its worth the risk. We are looking in areas near 90-120 hawthorne ave. We are not too familiar with the good and bad areas but we wanted to get some thoughts on general investing in Newark. Looking to purchase a brand new 10 unit building in that area. How easy or hard is it to rent out to section 8 tenants? How often is it that tenants will not pay and need to be evicted in this area.
