Hi Julie! My husband and I live in the Mobile area and purchased our first flip here. The contractor we selected has been challenging! He was supposed to be done yesterday and just told us he needs 6 more weeks! We are looking at purchasing another home that needs some work. Sounds like you are having a better experience remotely! Any contractor referrals you can provide is appreciated!

I have a ticket and ended up closing on a hotel deal in Kansas City on September 15th and won’t be able to make it. I paid for the Matt Faircloth $300 Multifamily session as well. I would be happy to hop on a call and forward you my ticket info for you to check it over before making any decisions. I definitely don’t want my ticket to go to waste. I know how impactful and beneficial these conferences can be and it’s a bummer when it sells out before grabbing a spot.
