Krystof Pilisiewicz A success story would be awesome! My only access to listings is Trulia, realtor, etc. and the numbers on the properties featured there don't qualify for even the 1% rule. Seems impossible, but I'm certain that's not true.

That's encouraging to hear. I am trying to figure out how to get my foot in the door with low money down. I'm a 26 year old newlywed, just trying to use my entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic to create a portfolio.
