In today’s world, one driven by convenience of consumption, too many take for granted our nation’s purest founding principles: freedom and justice. Most people never stop to consider how the products of their bank fit in with these virtues. So, we pose the simple question, “Do you feel liberated or justified by operating within the constraints of commercial lines of credit?”

Try giving the sellers a note on another piece of property you own if you do.   Try to find out from the seller what they need the cash for and try and solve there problem.

Our lives are taxed and getting worse. Income taxes, property taxes, usage taxes, sales taxes, capital gains taxes, and on and on.
One of the few remaining tax havens is income from life insurance policies. This money is tax free if you take out big chunks of cash and/or a stable regular income stream, if done correctly.
Before you Buy a term policy and invest the difference lets have a conversation.

Everyday these policies make more sense because everyday our goverment comes up with another tax.
