What I said is it depends on the note you signed. In the last meltdown there were people that had there lines called do. So you have people saying they don't want to use the tool anymore.  I still use them and always will, I do not store money in anyone's bank they have enough. My money works so I do not have to work as hard.

Like everything it depends. There are HELOCKS and business lines that can be fixed for certain amount of time. I have been using them for along time. I have had some called. Just know what kind of note you are signing. I think its a great strategy. It lets all your money work all of the time. 

Hands down !! Find a life insurance agent that finances there own deals. 

The best way to become accredited is time and deals.

Hey Noah what I do is explain that my lease is 12 months and I don't want someone in my property that don't want to be there and will try to fill the vacancy but they are responsible for rent and utilities until if fill the vacancy. I charge them a fee to fill the vacancy. Best of luck to you!!
