No connects for you Martin, but I'm in the same boat. I've had my eye on a few duplex's in fort worth. I think Dallas has great long term growth potential. I've found it difficult to find du/tri/four-plexes that meet the 1% rule. I'm interested to see how this thread goes... If I come across something that helps, I'll shoot it your way.

Ybor City, Seminole Heights, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach. It is a gold mine here. Get in before the billions of dollars are dumped into the infrastructure and economy.

I have been buying up in Detroit for cashflow and appreciation
Its on the move.

Its an attractive market. Just do lots of due diligence

What cities do you all consider the best long term investments? I've had my eyes on western suburbs of Detroit and suburbs of Dallas TX like Fort Worth.
