@Jennifer S. Hi there! I currently have a LLC set up in the UK. The tax laws have created all kinds of problems for investors that hold BTL properties in their own personal name. As you say, this creates some decent opportunities and there are lots of investors selling well below market value just to escape the tax hikes.

I am permanently based in the UK at the moment.

I havent invested in the US market as of yet. I like to be able to feel and smell my properties so havent purchased in the US yet.

Sorry for the slow reply. Have been super busy in the lead up to Christmas. This time of the year is always a struggle when comparing to Australia. Especially this year, it has been so damn cold!

UK market is a great opportunity at the moment. There is a lot of fear and mixed reports regarding what direction the market is going. Lots of opportunity!

Where in Oz are you invested currently and how are you finding the US market?
