I live in Jonesboro Arkansas. I have pretty much every single cash buyers phone number in my phone and a database of over 2000 potential deals I’m constantly working and following up with. I have done a lot of networking here. Anytime I hear of a local meet up or some type of local real estate event, even if it’s a 6 Hour Dr. from me I will go to it. But we don’t have a good meet up here. I’m interested in starting one that that allows doe great continuing education to add value to anyone looking for a questions. I’m posting on here to see if anyone is interested and getting something started.

@Jonathan Giglio hey man don’t get discouraged! Money used to be made at any point throughout the market. There are just different trends to how to make money. Majority of the people you talk to they’re not going to help. You need to find a mentor in the market you are in. find someone who’s willing to mentor you but also find a way to add value to them. I would find someone and ask them how you can find them deals and in return they just teach you what they are doing.  don’t stop learning and don’t get discouraged because of what other people say
