@James C Clark Jr - what zoning in Fayetteville allows for an RV park without a conditional use permit or re-zoning? I would make sure you check with the city and ensure that your plans are actually viable. Re-zoning and conditional use is only part of the concern - you need to see what infrastructure the city will require when you develop.

@David James - careful- SC charges investors higher property taxes. NC is a much more attractive market in my opinion.

@Marc Estepa - What do the numbers look like on the property in Fayetteville? I doubt that adding an ADU will solve your problems.

I know the Ft. Bragg area well. I hate to tell you this, but the land, as you have described, isn't worth much. What was your intention with it when you originally purchased? How much do you have into this parcel?

Wow - agree that a VB is important, but we pay $450 - $600 in my part of NC. $1300 is insane.
