I have access to the MLS, so its within there. I'd still need to verify the information that was provided, but yeah its simple with MLS access

Imagine owning offices or anything in a "retail" space.  Most people will pay for their home before anything else.

Hi Mitchell,

I'm a new agent who just started right before this Coronavirus mess, so I would work with you. I just did a quick search for multifamily and see about 8 multi-dwellings with a CAP of 7+.
