Welcome to BP Iraida (love your name)! The guru trap is a tough one to avoid, but you have found BP...you are safe now :)

If you cannot find something you are looking for on BP please ask, someone will help you out or point you in the right direction. Good luck!

Welcome to BP Stormy...I am sure it feels great to be making progress and in a place to start making your money work for you, so congrats on that!

Isn't low class just a working class way of saying poor?

As for this persons complaint, house flipping is not another way of saying building equity. Its like the "all squares are rectangles but not all rectangles are squares", or even better "all bourbon is whiskey but not all whiskey is bourbon"...there are various ways to build equity. Not to mention, the term flipping also generally includes the "cashing out" portion.

I cannot believe someone would come to BP and find that to complain about...the things that make you go "hmmmmm"

Not an after picture just yet, but here is a picture from a property we are working on right now:

Still need to replace the cabinet hardware, add the pulls, install the faucet, install the floors, add appliances and install light fixtures...but it is looking better already!

I have not blogged lately but when I had more time I blogged more for myself. By writing my thoughts, strategies, successes, failures, and challenges, I became much more aware of things I needed to improve, which I think is an often overlooked benefit of blogging.

Welcome to BP Ian. NZ has been on my list of places to travel to for a long time...maybe sometime soon I will actually make it out that way.
