OK. Ive seen similar questions and heard Brandon and josh ask on the podcasts. What would ya do? Remember, your living paycheck to paycheck, someone hands you 100k cash, do ya spend 100k on a down payment for a multifamily (go for broke) or do ya buy a few singles flip a couple keep a couple? better yet, you have 0 income.. someone handed you the 100k?

@Robert Warren I have seen you posting around BP. Surprised Ive never met you in person. im sure we know some of the same people being that area isn't very big..

Hello BP community,

My name is Kalyb Coats, Ive been on BP For a week or so now and have yet to introduce myself! ( Just listened to @Joshdorkin on podcast #100, it motivated me).

I am From Western Colorado and have been Interested in real estate for the past ten years. I should Be an expert by now right!? Well I haven't done any deals and do not own anything. Ive done some remodel work all around the US but have never invested in real estate myself. Except for one deal  that didn't really work out, but that's a long story for another time. Im self employed, and have been the majority of my life, doing variety of different things. Im currently in Casper Wyoming working in the oilfield, (something I thought I was never going to do again). The oilfield has been very good to my bank account but is horrible for "having a life," which is my motivation for trying to get into investing. I want my life back.

I hope to meet, work, grow, and learn, from and with  all of you like minded people on BP and Have already had great experience with meeting some nice people on here.

I question for myself. Did you go to the county clerk to get the info for this? I found a house that I believe is foreclosed on and just not sure which department to contact to get info?
