Sorry to hear about your friend. RE is lucrative but this happens. Right now the Dallas market is hot, but I am surprised why his properties are not selling...puzzled? If you don't mind would you please send me a private message with who that Dallas based guru is so I can alert my buddies as well and keep away from him as well. Have you tried marketing online? FB, Cragslist, LinkedIn?

Apprecaite any expereince or feedback regarding Matt Andrews based out of Tampa FL. Heard he teaches in totally different way. He shows you how he does it hten wants you to bring him deals in your state based on the blueprint he goes by. First few deals are yours then he partners up with you.

I haven't taken his course, but just by watching his videos I find him the most genuine guy compared to other Big time Gurus. He spells it out clearly what he charges and what extra will be charged for coaching. Unlike the other famous gurus  they lure you into the bait and later the price tag goes from couple of hundred dollars to $25K - $45K. He doesn't use state-of-the-art technology, pretty basic tools and most of the time its just him explaining. He states clearly what he's good at or having been focusing on.
