Hi Everyone,

I'm at the point that my remodel is ready to pain the interior. I have black framed windows and the property is small under 900sq. Wondering if I should go with white or if there is another color that people are suggesting.

Thank you in advance for your assistance,

Karen

My contractor is highly encouraging tile, but I worried about tenant not cleaning the grout, what would you put inside other than tile?

I think I'm going with the shower/tub combo, as it's a rental. I'll be honest, I've been going back and forth all day, but I will put in some nice-looking tile and everything is new so it should look good. I appreciate everyone giving me their opinion, it helped.

Thank you,
Karen

Thank you everyone for your input. It's such a hard decision, doesn't like it should be. This is a complete gut job, so everything from the pipes up is new.

It's for a rental property. I felt shower/tub is family friendly, but for an adult I thought a shower would be more desirable, just wondering if one would hurt me more than the other.

Hi,

Thank you in advance for your assistance. I am remodeling a 2 bed/1 bath house, and the bathroom is too small for a separate shower and tub. Do you think I should just do a shower or a shower/tub combo? I just simply can't decide.

Hello, I am currently rehabbing a rental property and plan to manage it myself. Any suggestions for online property management sites I could use to help, run applications, credit, and collect rent? I appreciate your time and help.

Hi,

Question are you comfortable having a tenant living in your home with your family? Is there a mother-in-law area for them?
