Doesn't look like bank of texas allows the series llc. How are people do this? 😅

I just purchsed a property under series llc. And I'm having a hard time opening a bank account under the series llc. Does anyone know which bank allows you to open a bank account with series llc?

Working great! So far so good. Also love my proeprty manager. They charge bit more but they relly takes crae of stuff.

I just bought a place in Humble, and i paid market price for it. cause it was turnkey property. I would definitely avoid any area has flood issue. good luck!

Just closed on my first investment property! I'm so happy and nervous!!

i have a question. i'm about to purchase a home in houston that built in 1958 in humber area. completely rehapped and ready to move in condition. i'm first time investment property buyer and now i'm finding out insurance is really high and management fee also pretty higher than i thought it would be. I'm super nervous and stressed out that if i'm making a good decision here to buy house in houston this old. insurance and management fee is really eating up my ROI. any advice? and watch out for when i'm buying older home?
