i have a question. i'm about to purchase a home in houston that built in 1958 in humber area. completely rehapped and ready to move in condition. i'm first time investment property buyer and now i'm finding out insurance is really high and management fee also pretty higher than i thought it would be. I'm super nervous and stressed out that if i'm making a good decision here to buy house in houston this old. insurance and management fee is really eating up my ROI. any advice? and watch out for when i'm buying older home?
