Hi guys I am new to biggerpockets. (I live in Houston Tx) I would like to start wholesaling but have no idea how to find motivated buyers. Anyone have some advice, or willing to help me out? I also want to find a mentor whom can help me out with paper work etc. Do you guys have any recommendations to find motivated sellers and buyers, and also how to find a perfect mentor? Thank you!! I'm all ears! 

So I'm new to the whole real estate business, I attended some local seminars and so far I have a clear understanding on how this industry works and how to profit. I want to start off by wholesaleing some properties, Though I'm curious to know how some of you guys started off with your business? I'm debating if I should look for a real estate attorney first and get some legal documents for my business, such as contract agreements? Or should I focus on building my buyers list first? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
