Hi CI friends,

I'm wondering if any of you have heard of brokers that you can cover your RE license if you just need to take care of the legalities and do not need or intend to sell houses individually?  Need in Tennessee and do not need leads, agency time or anything that comes with being a "regular" agent and we only deal with off-market properties and sell to investors.

Any help/advice will be appreciated.

I've found that the first step is to always bleach and then use an enzimatic cleaner.  Most of the time that works unless the cats/dogs have sprayed the walls too - then the drywall has had to come out.
