These SFR tapes are direct from banks (Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank One, etc.) and are pre-auction. We can provide you with the states you want if you send the states you want information on to us. We cannot send out the whole tape to you - it is too large. An NCND will be required before sending.

We also have a second tape available which is not necessarily pre-auction but still has fantastic opportunities to pick up some great deals.
