@Katrina E. I use this every day when cold calling. If you use too many dialers, just be ready to replace your number constantly as it will get flagged for spam. I stick to 1-2 dialers depending on the asset class and time that I am calling.

It is exactly what you said at first. You must have invested interest.

myreipro.com with Chris Goff is a great CRM 10 step program on wholesaling and investing. I used it back in 2019 and still do at times. He has many free videos as well.
