Hi there BP Friends! A friend of mine is building a multi family property in East County and is looking for a trustworthy and affordable demolisher to demolish the house on the land so they can start building. It's a small one floor SFR that has to be cleared. Does anyone have any good referrals they've worked with before and would recommend?

Hi Belinda,

I don't know any probate attorneys off the top of my head, but I'm sure they can find one at a more affordable cost. They should really shop around. If they're looking for a buyer let me know, I'm considering moving back to San Diego so I may be interested in it. Also, I saw your website! Very cool I have a blog called communicationfornerds.com I'd love t connect! PM me if interested!

A family friend of mine is buying up property in the state of Alabama. They have a new Kia factory I believe, still low prices so not too expensive to get in. Of course, do your own research but worth looking into!

Hi Thomas, look for working class areas like Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, etc in North County and areas like National City or Chula Vista in the south. Those are areas which can generate decent cash flow and IMHO have great long term investment opportunities. Also, read all the local newspaper and SD magazines, they are great sources to learn what developments are happening in the city in terms of job growth and gentrification. Good luck!

Hi BP friends! I'm new to the site and have found some really great resources here. I'm in process of selling my first condo in LA. I want to re-invest the profit into a multi-family in North County of SD. I'm specifically looking for a 2 or 3 unit property. If anyone knows of good multi-family agents or is one I'd love to connect!
