I mock her "I just want brick" and "Why in the hell would someone cover this up" every time we're doing demo. It is a pretty good show.

They are just like a debit card but they good for deposit only. they don't get your account number. I can check online and see if the payments have been made.

Just wondering how many do this? I see them in areas that I have houses but to me it seems kinda like putting a "steal my AC unit" sign in the yard! lol

I have deposit only bank cards from chase, the tenets can go to any chase bank atm and pay with a check or cash. I have been doing this for a few months and it's working great!

Well... I closed on this 3/1 SFH on Wednesday, started demo and decided to replace the hot water heater since it was old, empty and someone already stole the copper going to it. I got a nice surprise when I removed it.. I found plumbing and drain from a previous toilet under it! also plumbing for a sink in the wall! it use to be a half bath.. why would anyone do that?? the water heater use to be in a closet and its going back. This has to increase the value of the house $5k

anything that can prove you gave them notice is documentation. If you post a notice on the door take a picture of you posting it with the time and date on photo.
