Post: Frozen Baseboard pipes

Hi- I bought a foreclosure... baseboard pipes frozen so all needs to be replaced. I just want to replace the pipes/fins and not the shell...( the shell-covers are all good shape.). Can I just buy that part and then use the Pex piping? Sounds like that would be easiest and less cost. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I own a rental with 4 rooms and hallway in the basement. The 4 rooms had carpet glued down and the hallway was 20 yr old black tile. I ripped it all up and I'm debating what to do. I will be renting to College students. I have come up with using an Epoxy for the following reasons. Easy to clean- (beer spillage and whatever)- very durable-won't have to change carpet every 2 -4 yrs….plus they always want there own carpet over the existing carpet(why? who knows).Has anyone used this and what is your recommendation ? Also, the glue on the floor is like a cream color and i need to get a stripper to dissolve? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I am looking to set up a partnership where I am the sole financier and the other party would manage the project such as a GC. What would be a fair percentage for this type of partnership?

Need to install a 30 X 30 Shower Stall - in a room with slated ceiling ( roof ) Also must be a kit - cant get single unit up stairs (narrow doorway).. . So 1 side wall is fine for height- the other will be cut 4 or 5 inches as well as the back portion of that side.( if that makes sense). I was at Home Depot and saw Aquatic- they make a base and 3 sides....??? Has anyone used this or would you recommend a different brand?
As always
Thanks
