I ripped up an old kitchen floor...it had multiple layers...tile, tile, linoleum now tile on black tar paper. Cant get it all removed.  Was wondering if I put down Allure/Mohawk vinyl floor - can I put down a layer of something to make floor more even?

Had tree cut down but stump remains. Im told stump grinder can be rented and not difficult to operate. Is this true?  Can anyone tell me cost and how long it will take me to rid this stump. Its 20inch diameter with spider roots?  Txs

Also what should my cost be? Should it be by the hr or by the job? Txs

Scranton Pa- every room / closets etc needs to be completely painted. . Will rent to College Students. Questions: 1-what finish for living-room common area and hallways. Looks like they had semi gloss on walls and ceiling. 2-bedrooms I've always had flat on ceiling and walls eggshell? Or does it matter? Rhanks

Would anyone have a simple Operating Agreement I can review. Im sole member and all these agreements i see on line are pages long.??

Sorry- single family house- 10 Bedrooms  ... 2 Entrances  ( 1 main entrance front - other rear)  ...  Trying to see what would be easiest for College Students?  I know they forget/loose keys etc...
