Five units in two lots. Potential income close to $3,000 (!!). Units need work. Return when rehab is done will be over 25% per year. Great location, close to Cleveland Metropolitan Hospital, highway and Ohio City. 

We are waiting for the Section 8 inspection to come (we have the tenant already). We´re asking more than $700 for rent. House has been recently rehabbed and in great condition. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Huge dry basement. Property Mgmt company in place.  

Recently rehabbed 3/1 in West Cleveland. Eden tenant occupying the house, income guaranteed for 12 months, renewable. Huge backyard, no repairs needed.

Spread the word, talk to people you think may be interested in buying an investment property in Cleveland. I started posting ads in Craigslist saying that I had properties for sale, that's a good way to create a buyers list.

Recently painted 3/1. Plenty of room and a huge backyard. Eden tenant paying $775-$800 per month (moves in next week) and pays for all utilities.  

Upper fixer in nice area. It needs plumbing, electrical, painting.
