@Felix Rodriguez and @Mauricio Morales. I live between Gurnee & Waukegan. I'd like to meet up. I'm available during the day before 3pm M-F and some weekends. Also there's a local REI Meeting every second Tuesday of the month in Gurnee at Primo's. I'm willing to Joint Venture on deals as well. My list of buyers is growing daily.

Hello, My name is Keith Hicks a Lake County IL resident and I'm new to Real Estate Investing. I'm interested in learning all I can about Flipping or wholesaling properties.
