Hi all I started an LLC to start investing and want to know if anyone has any good recommendations for Compny insurances. Such as liability or umbrella. Etc

I was looking to buy my first fix and flip property just as the pandemic started and the economy tanked. In others opinions is it worth waiting or continuing forward. As this will be my first property.

I'm in Maryland looking to get started and open to discussions and JV opps etc. Feel free to reach out.

Thank you for the advise. I am weighing my options now about how I would like to utilize my home equity and this seems to be a good way to do so. as long as the numbers make sense. 

Hi all. I am looking to fund a fix and flip deal. My home is currently paid off and has about 400k of equity. Should I use it to fund deals or is this a bad idea?

@Jaron Walling I am planning to offer 2.5 mm for 33 units. Do you think this is a good price range?

@Brent Paul Brent thanks for the input. Do you know any ways I can look For a commercial loan.

@Luke Grosskreutz that is great. I didn’t think that maybe an older investor just wants to cash out.

@Bob Prisco I have added more info here after some of my own due diligence I would love to hear your take and advise.

@Keith Martinez I also forgot to mention that I am thinking of offering 2.5mm does that seem reasonable with 10% down.
