Hey, I’m selling my rental properties with tenants still in it. Other than what the contract already says about tenants being fine with any changes of ownership, should I still state that their is a new owner through a different document, if so what kind?

@Mike Miller I’m thinking that too. If they had enough guts to try to install one without my permission then idk what else they could be doing. So I would rather get rid of them.

@Greg H. It is in Utah, I need to find out if it is legal to put a lock on the spigot. I am hoping to lock it.

Thank you! Looks like there are rules that a pool has to follow. Thanks for the advice. They are taking down the pool now!
