Hello!
My name is Kelly Davis. I'm in the heart of LA near Downtown. I owned property on the East coast and sold it back in 2009. I recently decided to get back into RE but would also like to do it where I live which seems to be challenging in the very expensive LA market. I've been listening to a lot of BP Podcast and am finding encouragement that it is actually possible even with limited means!
I'm interested in wholesaling. I've been attending the local RE clubs and networking with whomever I come in contact with. I'm anxious to do/learn as much as I can to start wholesale investing.
I'm working on creating my marketing budget. Anyone know how I can best utilize a meager budget!?
