Once you discover that you are pregnant with vision you must prepare for the birth of that vision....and yes you will have birthing pains but you will survive. Follow some of the old heads here @ BiggerPockets, read every day, envision the lifestyle you deserve to live. Determine the investing strategy that best works for you in your current situation. Implement! Re-evaluate! And the most important thing, be a giver! Sow into the life of someone else. Volunteer in some needy area of the world or in your own backyard.
