@Jason Wray As I have been reading, multi-family seems to be the best option for long term holds. I've also thought of opportunities to utilize the cash flow to invest in fourplex properties.   What are you thoughts? 

@Jonathan Greene Wow, I never considered or thought of self- storage. It sounds like you may have experience with those kind of investments?  If so, do you feel there will be an increase in demand post pandemic?
