I’m interested to hear what are some of the best creative financing strategies some of you have used on MF rental properties? Also, any special clauses that were included in the deal(s)?

@Gerry Logan I appreciate your thoughtful response!  A lot to think about as we close out 2020.  I am here in Central Illinois in a college town so looking at what the future may look like for the 2021-2022 year but the main thing is everyone needs somewhere to live!

@Robin Consor Thanks for the advice!  "If I worried about timing the market, I would have never invested in real estate" Is such a great point.  Reminds me of a quote,  " If you wait for perfect timing you will end up with nothing."
