I like your question, I too I'm in simliar situation. Small funds and investing dreams that I think are realistic. You have to start somewhere right? I like K. Marie P. Ideas and think I'll follow her advise, so thanks for everyone's thoughts it helps everyone

Great topic you obviously aren't afraid of talking to strangers. Good start I think the more comfortable you get The more approachable you'll be, and like mentioned above the more they see you, the more comfortable they will be talking to you about their personal situation. If the interest is low on car loan I would go for the investment    Strategy , but save enought money as a cushion. That way u get the ball rolling  great topic that's why I love Bp

  • just started my education in real estate investment. I'm a Mason interested in acquiring passive income to help level out the slow times in the Business. BP has been very informative and helpful. I'm excited to start joining in the conversation on the forum lots of good information out there. I plan on buying my first investment next year, and hopefully one every year after that!!!
