Are you saying you need an agent to find a wrap buyer for you or are you saying that you already have a buyer that you are trying to sell to and you just need an agent for the paper work?
If you already have a buyer you might consider using a Transaction Coordinator to help you with the paper work.
If that is the case I might be able to connect you with one. Just let me know!

I'm trying to do the same in corpus christi. I am trying to figure out the terms i would need to give to cashflow. look up Propelio TV on youtube. The guy Grant is an owner finance genius. Tons of info there.

Property Management was important though, my first PM was horrible and almost ruined the experience. Second time around was much better.

Hello everyone, I am looking for advice on my insurance coverages. If I put two rentals under my name what kind of coverage do I need to get to protect me from anything that could happen (personal injury lawsuits etc.) Is that an umbrella coverage? Any input would be great. I am in Texas. thank you
