Are you saying you need an agent to find a wrap buyer for you or are you saying that you already have a buyer that you are trying to sell to and you just need an agent for the paper work?
If you already have a buyer you might consider using a Transaction Coordinator to help you with the paper work.
If that is the case I might be able to connect you with one. Just let me know!
I need to sell my subto house owner finance on a wrap. I have a transaction coordinator that I love but thank you.

Did you end up finding a property manager? Do you own in Rochester?

@Carl Gryska - That's how I got started in Rochester, my in-laws are all in the area and we found that we frequently visited and saw that the properties offered good cash flow. So now we kill two-birds with 1 plane ticket...
Property Management was important though, my first PM was horrible and almost ruined the experience. Second time around was much better.
Good luck!

Hello everyone, I am looking for advice on my insurance coverages. If I put two rentals under my name what kind of coverage do I need to get to protect me from anything that could happen (personal injury lawsuits etc.) Is that an umbrella coverage? Any input would be great. I am in Texas. thank you
