are you trying to test my voice agent?
Hi Ronnie,
Congratulations to you and your wife on your investing journey, and thank you for sharing your exciting plans! Your approach of leveraging construction experience for fix and flips sounds really strategic.
If you see value in adding technology to your real estate ventures, I’d be happy to chat! I specialize in AI and automation engineering, and I have a few demo projects—like a voice AI agent for appointment booking/FAQ answers and an AI app for smart site plan generation and lot boundary detection.
If you ever need help streamlining operations, analyzing deals, or adding a technical edge to your workflow, feel free to reach out. I’d love to connect and see how I can support your projects.
Wishing you continued succes
Kenta

Hey everyone,
I’ve been following a lot of the recent discussions about AI in real estate—and I 100% agree: technology is no substitute for genuine, in-person connections. Deals get closed on trust, and trust comes from personal relationships.
But here's what I’ve noticed after years in the business: so much time is lost on *busy work*—endless phone calls, repetitive follow-ups, scheduling, and responses to basic questions. These are necessary, but they don’t actually build relationships—they drain the energy we *could* be putting into real human connections.
That’s why I’ve built a Voice AI agent designed especially for real estate professionals and investors. It’s not a chatbot and it doesn’t sound robotic—it’s a natural-sounding voice assistant that:
- Handles routine phone calls & inquiries 24/7
- Qualifies leads so you only spend time on high-intent sellers
- Books appointments directly in your calendar
- Always transfers to a human when a personal touch is needed
This gives you more time for the “belly-to-belly” meetings that actually close deals.
I’m looking for two things:
1. **Real feedback** from investors and agents who want to test this and see if it meets your needs better than current lead gen/assistant solutions.
2. One or two partners or investors interested in scaling this with me.
If you’re interested in a free trial, want to see a live demo, or chat about the opportunity, DM me or drop a comment below!
Excited to hear your thoughts—especially from those who value personal touch but know there has to be a better way to scale.
Thanks!

I really appreciate your perspective! I totally agree that trust and authenticity are critical in any people-driven business. There's something special about face-to-face interactions and handwritten messages that tech often can't replicate.
That said, I think the biggest potential is harnessing AI to enhance relationships—not replace them. For example, a thoughtfully designed Voice AI agent (not an avatar, but a human-sounding voice) can help qualify leads, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments, freeing up more of your time for those meaningful, “belly to belly” connections you mentioned.
I’ve been working with a voice AI agent that does exactly that: it handles the repetitive, time-consuming outreach, but always transfers the conversation to a real human when it’s time to build a real relationship or negotiate. For me, it’s not about using AI instead of the personal touch, but using it as a tool to spend more time with high-intent leads and less on busy work.
Would love to hear your thoughts—do you think there’s a middle ground where AI works in the background to amplify our “human” strengths?
(P.S. If you’re curious to try a voice AI agent designed for real estate, happy to share a free demo—just let me know!)
Do you also need AI receptionist, not only AI customer agent for real estate?
