Does anybody know of a good title company in the houston tx area that works with assignment of contracts?

I  would have the property in escrow and I would assign the contract to you and I would give the title company the assignment of contract and you would close on the property with the title company. 

I'm brand new to this. I  think once I get the property under contract I would have the property in escrow.  I'll  have to ask my mentor how that works. 

I will do my best to get accurate ARV and rehab costs but you'll have to do your own due diligence so you will know if everything is on the up and up.

I'm starting my first mailing campaign. The first thousand post card are set to mail out this Monday. I'm marketing for single family homes in the last porte,  pasadena, and  deer Park Texas  area. I'm  looking for a few serious cash buyers in this market place to wholesale my deals to. Anybody interested?
