Does anyone know what the rental and home sales strengths are in Alvin and West Columbia tx are.

Would it be worthwhile for me to look at multiple families for rentals and maybe doing some flips?

Hi , My name is Kevin Steer and I'm just in the learning phase of real estate investing. I think I'm going to focus on wholesaling first and maybe move on to other types after that.
