Will do my good man

Awesome information. I will add that useful tip to my repertoire. I thank you so much. My day was filled with what ifs. As I drove I constantly came across similar situations of which you spoke. But being a tad apprehensive I did not stop and ask questions. That is my own unconscious mind keeping me away from my actual goals. Telling me that I shouldn't stop and bother these people. Tomorrow that will not be an issue.
Again thank you. Much appreciated sir
Happy Monday!!
1st quarter goals underway. I have been going through the podcasts and learning so much. The continuing theme is, Get Out There and DO IT! So no better time than the present to join the active party of DOING. I plan on spending at least 3 hours driving areas near my home and checking out properties. I want to be able to build up my confidence in spotting and recognizing what a good deal looks like based off what the calculators say. My aim is to get out 3 days a week to drive for dollars. If anyone has any advice on a direction of attack. Or if anyone is in the North Georgia area and wants to take on the challenge with me send me an inbox. Lets make it happen. Life is about what you make it

Build your educational know how. There are many of us who are in the same similar stages of growth to our real estate goals. You have come to the right place to learn. Asking questions is the 1st step. Next you want to learn the terms and understanding the process of strategies you plan to implement. Your age is so advantageous to you. You are at a time in your life where an apprenticeship with an investor or investment group would do you worlds of good. Learn as you work hard for seasoned professionals successful in the business. By the age of 26 you will be a veteran with your own thriving company and have an extremely wonderful life. Its a marathon and not a sprint. Do not go in trying to get rich by next month. Read the material given. Pay attention to the forums. Always listen or watch the podcasts. Start from show 1 and work your way all the way up. Take notes. Write out your plans and go over them daily. Have set goals with due dates on a quarterly basis. Accomplish those and move on to the next quarter goals. Next thing you know, success!!

Chris life is what you make of it bro. Anything in life can be attained if you really want it and work towards your goals. Do not be influenced by the opinions of others no matter who they are. The Shark Tank is wrong all the time. Believe in yourself and strive to be a better you each day. You are only in competition with yourself and no one else. I would not take too much stock into what he says. I am not going to advise you on what to do with that person. However, use what he says as motivation. Greatness awaits

Alex great job dude and thank you for the very descriptive play by play. That is very helpful to me and others who want to complete the same type of process. I think the BRRRR method is awesome and to see it left you with 2 different exit strategies is even more exciting. Thank you for sharing your story and continue to success and keep Rockin Bro. You and your team DID THAT!
