Post: Accounting software that integrates with rentmanager.com?

Hi All - my property manager's web portal is built on rentmanager.com's software.  I'm looking to a find a tool like Stessa, but one that integrates with this platform to automatically download data.  It seems to be the 6th sized player by marketshare (with only 2% though), so I'm hopeful there's something out there that does the trick.  Anyone know of anything?

Hey All - I've got a contact from undergrad that's on the job hunt and was interested in getting into an AI focused role as a product manager at a software company within real estate.  What are some companies beyond the below list you might recommend he look into:

Zillow Group
Realtor.com
Redfin
Trulia
AppFolio
Yardi
Buildium
Cozy (now Apartments.com)
Stessa
HomeAdvisor
Avail.co

Hi @Charlie Gruber - did you ever get any answers to this or compile a good list on your own?

Thanks @Elise Marquette.  My 6 months is coming up in November - we'll see how it goes.  A potential added complication is that my spouse's trust is also on the deed - I honestly wasn't sure how the lawyer did the quitclaim deed (I know, I know I should have been more informed :|), and I had to expand the field to see her trust there.  However, I'm the only one on the mortgage right now at a community bank.

@Tom Shallcross were there any issues you ran into with this at all? Any additional questions?

Also, how long had your property been in the trust?

I successfully picked up an investment property, trying to do a BRRRR (I'll most likely still be leaving money in the property). Rehab is done, and it's rented out, and it's also cash flowing nicely - better than the numbers I underwrote! Was just speaking with a mortgage broker about the refinance piece, as it'll be 6 months of seasoning in Nov. However, during COVID my spouse and I set up revokable trusts, and this property was quit-claimed to my trust. Our broker said the property needed to be in my name in order to do a refi, and that I would need to quitclaim it back into my personal name, and then the 6 month clock would restart.

Has anyone done a cash-out refinance (or just a refinance) from a property held in a revokable trust?  Anyone have recommendations on lenders that might do a no seasoning period that work in Michigan?

Thank you both for the responses. Helpful info to have. Would also love to meet up once Covid craziness is all said and done!
