Anyone shifted gear from STR to LTR ?
My Airbnb managed by PM is under performing. Competition is high and operation cost is high .
My property is in California, so wanted to get ideas from owners who were in my shoes.

@Sasha Mohammed 2 separate loans on different properties, apologies for the confusion. I was trying see if giving up lower interest rate is worth bringing down the construction loan that i took @10%

I have rental property 280K @4.25% value around 450K and construction loan 155K @10%
Should i cash out refi now to
Bring down the 155K ?
Any ideas much appreciated.
