Thanks @Abel Curiel, I haven't heard of those before. So I'll definitely check them out.
And thanks @Mohammed Rahman, I figured the big brands would be a no-go. I'll see if there are more local options to consider. If you do know of any recommendations, please send my way.

Hi @Michael G.
I’m currently looking for this exact person. I have a 4 family brownstone. How did you find this person? And would you mind sharing their info with me?
Hi @Jordan Levine
It’s been a while for this post. But did you every find a handyman?

Hi @Abel Curiel
Would you mind also sharing your handyman’s info with me? I have a 4 unit home in Brooklyn and am still in need of someone trustworthy to work with for basic maintenance issues.

Hi, I own a brownstone with 4 units. Can anyone recommend some affordable video intercom systems. Preferably something that works with wifi. I've heard of Butterfly MX, but $3,000 is way out of my budget.
And if not an intercom system, any ideas on how to make something work for all my tenants at once?

@Drew Sygit PMC is definitely the goal in the future when I have more units to manage.
@Brandon Cohen Word of mouth seems to be the consensus. So I'll give it a try first.
Appreciate all the suggestions.

@Dor Sagi Thanks, fortunately I haven't had any issues renting out units. But will keep you in mind for future if needed.
@Nathan Gesner I haven't yet. I did learn that they pay for themselves, but the cost of managing just one unit may not be in my benefit for the moment. But if you have any in mind that service Brooklyn, NY for 4 family homes please let me know!
@Kevin Paulk Thanks, that makes sense! I'll see what I find out. And its located in Bedstuy off Nostrand.

I have one a unit rented out in a multi family brownstone in Brooklyn, NY. I’m looking for someone to just be a resource to address emergency issues while I’m out of town. For example, the power tripped and the tenant is in the dark. I need someone to be available to stop by and go in the basement to reset the panel.
Any recommendations for how to find someone? I also have a unit available that I can offer a great deal on if the person is interested in living there.
