@Chaz Desousa I'm sorry I'm in the OKC market and I don't have strong enough connections in Memphis especially for something so big. I wish I could help with that market!! I know people love Memphis Invest, but I'm not sure their inventory includes anything commercial.

@Adam Diedrich it's a tough market for flips. Interested at all in buy and hold stuff? You of course wouldn't want to use hard money at that point, but it might be a good place to start. I see around 2-4 out of state investors a week grab deals in Oklahoma City. What market are you in?
