The Eviction Moratorium is ending . . . which may make it harder to screen potential renters and more important than ever to have good criteria and process when it comes to screening. We have asked Dave Pickron with RentPerfect (our preferred screening provider) to join us and share his top criteria to look for when screening potential renters and to share a few resources to help you get your screening and criteria updated.

Join us at 6:30 to get logged in and some round table networking. Dave will join us with his presentation and discussion about 7:10. This is a meeting that we will be creating a bit as we go to see where it leads us. Please join.

Agenda for Meeting:

6:30pm — Welcome & Updates

6:40pm — Networking Round Table Style: Meet the Right People at the Right Time, & get matched up with exactly who you need to meet!

7:10pm — Presentation
—Rental Screening & Criteria: Dave Pickron with Rent Perfect

7:40pm — Q & A and Discussion

8:00pm — Wrap up or Continue Round Table for those who want to continue our discussion.

Open to the general Public.  MAREI Members and 1st time guest attend free all others pay a guest fee.

This is Virtual - attend via zoom.

5 BENEFITS OF ATTENDING OUR ALL-STAR NETWORKING
Networking.
The All-Star Networking night gives you the invaluable experience of being in a room full of people who are in the same industry as you. Not only will you get the chance to meet potential new clients, distributors, and service providers, but you could also meet your next business partner, private lender, or some other person that will completely change your real estate business.

Face Time.
We've had face time virtually for over a year, now it's your best chance to meet face-to-face with a high volume of potential connections. Our All-Star Networking crams days and days of calls and emails into the duration of one event. Plus, there’s always the opportunity that you could meet a vendor you’ve had your eye on or someone who is essential but you didn't know it.

Get Feedback.
The smartest participants use this experience as a way to not only make sales and new connections but also to solicit feedback from the room. Bring your clipboard and do mini-surveys. See what the sponsors think, see what attendees think. Compare notes with others.

Check out the Competition. It’s so easy to go from booth to booth and see how your competitors are presenting themselves! Are they introducing a new product line? How are they priced? This allows you to stay on top of what’s going on, and how you stack up against the competition. So if you are a sponsor, be sure to have someone watch your table while you go check out everyone else. Take turns.

Build Brand Awareness. We have small trade shows at MAREI every month. But our All-Star Networking is the only one that offers a full evening of connecting. Whether you are a sponsor or an attendee, this is your chance to let people know who you are and to SEE and BE SEEN.
Come for the evening, you will want time to talk to all the vendors, and then grab a beverage from the cash bar and spend some time networking with everyone who came - will have some stand up and sit-down tables just so you can connect.

Or just pop in for an hour, work the room and head out.
