Lafi- Currently located in Passaic, and that is where my "network" (families) true expertise is, however taxes are a deal killer! Also looking in Morris (both my girlfriend and I work in the Morristown area) Bergen and Essex also viable... really depends on the opportunity/property

I just wanted to introduce myself. I am just starting out in Northern New Jersey. I come from a real estate family (my father owns an agency and brother is starting out in sales side). I have a finace backround and am working in contract finance. I am lookind to get both flipping (my dad has expierence and contact to do so) and buy and hold investing. I woud love to find a mentor, find someone to bounce ideas off of, partner with, befriend, go for long walks on the beach with (kidding), etc.
