I'm experienced investor in ft.wayne area always buying n usually have extra deals if Ur interested 

indiana tax sale properties when sold for back property taxes come with a tax sale certificate, which buyer has to hold for 12 months... in that 12 month period the person who didn't pay taxes can redeem the property with fees plus interest. If not redeemed in 12 months the buyer then owns the property... if there r lens still on the property ? U can do a quite deed aprox 1100 bucks to clear the leins... or hold the property, rent, n wait 7 yrs n the leins will go away... happy shopping at tax sales n yes I will be there
