I'm a buy n hold investor in ft.wayne.. be prepared to move fast,  the true deals are gobbled up quickly. Do a ck on the neighborhood before purchasing, remember there are no bad neighborhoods,  just some are better than others.. and the price should be reflected in diffrent neighborhoods.. ck into the r.e.i. from that meets at the protech bldg 3rd sat of every month at 930 am at corner of sherman n elmer ave. In the protech bldg where u will find a variety of knowledge n skills

this sat July 16th, is the local r.e.i. group... located at the protech bldg at corner of elmer ave. And sherman blvd.. starts 930 am, great way to meet local people with same interest.. first mtg is free for a guest

It's truly a hot market in ft.wayne, but if you search n can move quickly ? There are deals to be found and bought... 

Don't get stuck on finding the perfect deal, and start with just a deal... if Ur looking for a perfect deal ? U might wake up in 10 yrs still looking and passed up multiple deals 

Try rent o meter... it's usually close to actual rent value, rents very by areas in ft.wayne so much.. 

For example u might get 550 on a street ... and 6 blocks away on same street u might get 700... it depends on the area, amenities, and crime

Try craigslist ft.wayne... and try the home sites on facebook 

a contractor in ft.wayne needs to have a liscence according to local ordinance laws, and seem difficult to find and show up as agreed.. I wish you luck in Ur adventures and search... I'm a local investor and have difficulties finding liscenced contractors...
