Hello everybody--I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this--if not please let me know ;)

Is anyone here a member of gicdealfinders.info or have you heard about it? If so, what do you think of it?

The site accepts property submissions and if they are purchased then the locator is supposed to receive a fee of up to 5000 dollars.

I've submitted a few properties to them and I was curious about  what experience (if any) anyone else has had with them.

Hello Everybody--if there's something newer than a newbie I'm it! I literally found out about real estate investing by accident on youtube. I was looking up strategic foreclosures (long story that includes 1. Screaming nightmare neighbors from he** 2. A "Jackpot! Lemme-Hold-That-Assessment-Check-For-You" HOA and 3. A gaping hole in our bathroom ceiling...but I digress)

Anyway, after bouncing around the internet for a while, I finally landed here.  I've already learned a lot, and I'm looking forward to learning more--great site!
